What is an EcoFlow Power Kit?
A 48V power system for caravans, RVs, vans and off-grid setups. It’s built around the Power Hub, a five-in-one unit that combines two MPPT solar charge controllers, a battery charger, an inverter-charger and a DC-DC converter. That means far fewer separate components to buy and wire up.
Can I run air conditioning off a Power Kit?
Yes. A 3600W kit can run a rooftop air conditioner alongside everyday loads. The 5kVA inverter runs two 13,500 BTU rooftop air conditioners at once, with no soft starter needed. How long it runs depends on your battery size and solar.
What's the difference between the 2600W, 3600W and 5kVA inverters?
They set how much you can run at the same time. 2600W covers everyday caravan use. 3600W handles bigger loads together, like a kettle and cooktop. 5kVA delivers 4000W continuous and 8000W surge for the most demanding setups. See our Power Kit sizing guide.
How much battery do I need?
Work out your daily use in watt-hours, multiply by the days you want between charges, and subtract what your solar puts back. Kits range from 2kWh (165Ah) to 15kWh (1250Ah). Our sizing guide walks you through it.
How do I charge it?
The 2600W and 3600W kits charge four ways: up to 4800W of solar, a 1000W alternator charger while driving, 3000W from mains power, and 1800W from an EcoFlow Smart Generator.
How fast does it charge from solar?
The Power Hub takes up to 4800W of solar. EcoFlow says that can fully charge a 15kWh system in about 3 hours in ideal conditions. Real-world charging is slower and depends on panel size, angle, weather and the time of year.
Can I add more batteries later?
Yes. Each Power Hub connects to up to three LFP batteries, for a maximum of 15kWh (three 5kWh batteries). Start with a 2kWh or 5kWh kit and add extra LFP batteries as your needs grow.
Why LFP batteries?
Lithium iron phosphate (LFP) is a stable, long-life battery chemistry, which is why it’s widely used in caravans and home storage. EcoFlow’s Power Kits batteries are rated for 3,500 cycles to 80% capacity.
Does it need a professional install?
The kits are plug-and-play for simple assembly. Connecting to your van’s 240V wiring should be done by a licensed electrician.
What's the warranty?
Every Power Kit is a genuine EcoFlow product backed by EcoFlow’s 5-year warranty. See our Warranty & Terms.
